Our surface mount equipment has the capability to place all components from BGAs down to 0402 level, and achieve a placement rate in excess of 12,000 components per hour, giving a monthly capacity of 4 million placements. We also have flow solder capability, an AOI test platform and final/mechanical assembly equipment. Operating from our 50,000 sq ft facility we are able to undertake projects requiring the production of large assemblies.

Our skilled engineers and operators have vast experience of working in the electronics industry, and meeting the challenges of ever advancing technology.

We currently produce a range of products involving SMT only, secondary/through hole componentary and final assembly. We produce a range of volumes from 100 per year to 30,000 per year, for a variety of customers in various industry sectors. We offer a fully procured service, or a manufacturing service using free issue material, supplied by our customers.
